Fantasia Travel respects the privacy of their users and website visitors. Your personal data are required only for the purchase of a tour package or accommodation, so as to be able to register your payment to your name and send you all the information on the package, service or accommodation.

Your personal data will be available to the third party only if that is necessary to realize the tour package or accommodation purchased through our website, i.e. exclusively to the provider of service in accommodation unit or the provider of a package tour, unless it's Fantasia Travel.

The buyer data will not be available to third parties unless they are essential to realize the package tour or accommodation service, except when this is required by law.
